 Returns

• You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery.

• Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

 Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund (except for defective/damaged items).

 Exchanges

• Need a different size, color, or product? You can request an exchange within 30 days of delivery.

• Exchanges are shipped free of charge once we receive your returned item.

 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Used cookware, bakeware, and kitchen tools

• Clearance or final-sale items

• Gift cards
